Go China: Apple already added Chinese Keyboard IME and Handwriting Recognition in iPhone 2.0 Lastest Beta Firmware

I found Apple offically add Chinese keyboard IME and handwriting recognition in iPhone 2.0(5A274d) lastest beta firmware. Does that mean Apple will go to China, the biggest mobile phone market in the world?
