			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Steve Jobs announces three new applications of iPhone 2.0: eBay, &#8220;loopt&#8221; and TypePad. eBay looks pretty cool, it lets you watch, bid, look at pics, etc.  &#8220;loopt&#8221; shows your friends on a Google Map in relation to you, can see what your friends have been doing today (pictures, comments, etc.), and even it can use with your friends on other carriers, other OSes. TypePad will be available for free-Lets you blog easily on iPhone interface, use camera, post photos, post to different categories. The most important thing is they are all free.</p>

The picture shows the main Settings page with a new button: &#8220;Fetch new data.&#8221; When you click the button, you are taken to a list of your mail accounts, where you can choose between either &#8220;fetch&#8221; or &#8220;push.&#8221;</p>
<p>According to Mr. Anonymous, while .Mac is offering push e-mail, you are currently not able to do contact or calendar syncing.</p>
